Embodied Realignment is a structured process grounded in embodiment coaching and neuroscience. Through experiential learning and exploration, it helps you hear your internal signals again, regulate under pressure, and make choices that are more aligned with the life you want to live.

A simple arc of the work

This is the typical flow — we adapt it to you and we integrate practices from the very first session. Between sessions, you’ll have WhatsApp support (voice/text) to help you stay accountable to your short embodiment practice, navigate real-life moments, and make gentle course corrections as you go.

  • Orientation & baseline: what’s happening now, and what “alive” means for you
  • Awareness & congruence: values and needs

  • Boundaries (from the inside): internal permission and integrity

  • Boundaries (with others): clean communication and follow-through

  • Nervous system regulation and equanimity: calm and grace in intensity

  • Bodystorming into aliveness: body-based experiments for more joy and freedom in daily life
  • Integration: integrating what you’ve learned, and how to keep going

You’ll leave with practices that fit your real life — not a set of ideals to maintain.

Available Monday to Friday for short messages only (up to 2-minute voice notes or a clear, short text message). I reply within 24 hours on working days. Messages sent on Friday may be replied to on Monday. Public holidays excluded.

Embodied Start is a 3-session starting point for people who want a lighter, more accessible first step into this work. Together, we work with what you bring — a challenge, a recurring pattern, a decision, or a place where something feels stuck — using embodiment coaching to create more clarity, steadiness, and movement.

This is a lighter form of support: no WhatsApp support between sessions, no pre-structured pathway, and no ongoing accountability around embodied practice.
