Business Registration Number: 7487061000
Tax Identification Number: 78847753
Email: info@anjakopaclautar.com
Hereafter referred to as the “Provider”, “I”, or “me”.
By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions.
Where the customer qualifies as a consumer, all mandatory consumer protection provisions apply and cannot be excluded or restricted by these Terms.
1. Services
The Provider offers services including:
Individual coaching
Memberships and group programmes
Online and in-person sessions
Workshops and facilitation
Educational and experiential programmes
Other services described on the website or agreed upon individually
The specific content, scope, duration, and price of each service are described on the relevant offer page, during checkout, or in an individual written agreement.
Where specific terms apply to an individual service, those terms take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
2. Formation of Contract
A contract is formed when an order or payment is successfully completed and the Provider confirms acceptance, or when the Provider and customer otherwise agree to the provision of services.
Before completing an online purchase, customers are provided with essential information about the service, total price, payment terms, contract duration, and any applicable conditions.
An order confirmation and relevant contractual information are provided by email or another appropriate durable medium.
The Provider makes these Terms & Conditions available before purchase in a format that customers can save and reproduce.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are expressed in euros (EUR).
The final payable price, including any applicable taxes or charges, is displayed before the purchase is completed.
The Provider is not currently registered for VAT in Slovenia. VAT is therefore not charged, subject to applicable tax legislation.
Payments may be made using the methods specified for each service. Online payments may be processed through Stripe.
Before submitting a paid order, the customer is clearly informed that the order involves an obligation to pay.
4. Individual Coaching and Other One-to-One Services
The scope, number of sessions, validity period, and any support between sessions are specified in the relevant offer.
Customers are responsible for scheduling their sessions within the validity period of the purchased package.
Any specific cancellation or rescheduling rules will be communicated before purchase or at the time of booking and form part of the contractual agreement.
If the Provider cannot conduct a scheduled session due to illness, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure, an alternative date will be arranged.
Any additional guarantees offered with a specific coaching programme are governed by the terms stated in that offer.
5. Memberships and Recurring Payments
Where a membership is offered on a monthly subscription basis, it automatically renews for successive billing periods until cancelled.
Payments are generally processed automatically using the payment method selected during registration.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time using the available cancellation method or by contacting info@anjakopaclautar.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise specified in the particular offer.
No further subscription payments will be collected after cancellation takes effect.
Payments for an already commenced or paid billing period are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law or expressly provided for in the specific offer.
Access to membership content, recordings, and other membership benefits generally ends when the paid membership period expires.
The applicable membership price, billing frequency, cancellation arrangements, and main features are disclosed before purchase.
6. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Consumers who enter into a distance contract generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, the consumer must communicate an unequivocal statement of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Withdrawal requests may be sent to:
The model withdrawal form at the end of these Terms may be used, but it is not mandatory.
Services Starting During the Withdrawal Period
If a consumer expressly requests that the provision of a paid service begins before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, the service may begin during that period.
If the consumer subsequently withdraws before the service has been fully performed, the Provider may charge a proportionate amount for the services already provided, where the applicable legal requirements are met.
Where a service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period, the consumer may lose the right of withdrawal if they expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that the right would be lost upon full performance, subject to the requirements of applicable law.
Digital Content
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost when delivery begins if the consumer has given prior express consent to immediate delivery, acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and received the legally required confirmation.
These exceptions apply only where all applicable legal conditions have been fulfilled.
Refunds Following Withdrawal
Where a consumer validly withdraws from a contract, the Provider will refund the payments due under applicable law without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal decision.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise and without additional costs to the consumer.
Nothing in these Terms limits other mandatory consumer rights.
7. Additional Guarantees
Where a specific service includes an additional money-back guarantee, satisfaction guarantee, or other favourable condition, the applicable details are provided in the individual offer.
Such guarantees are additional to, and do not restrict, statutory consumer rights.
8. Nature and Scope of Coaching and Development Services
Coaching, embodiment coaching, meditation, Qigong, group practices, workshops, and related services are intended for personal or professional development, experiential learning, and practical exploration.
They do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic treatment and are not substitutes for appropriate healthcare or mental health services.
The Provider does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, or business outcome.
Results may depend on individual circumstances, participation, commitment, and continued practice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
9. Online Sessions
Participation in online sessions requires a suitable device, internet connection, and access to the relevant online platform.
The Provider is not responsible for technical difficulties caused by the customer’s equipment, internet connection, or circumstances outside the Provider’s reasonable control.
If a technical issue attributable to the Provider materially prevents delivery of a paid service, an alternative session or another appropriate remedy will be offered.
10. Session Recordings
Where a group session is recorded, participants will be informed in advance.
Recording and related personal data processing will be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Where recordings are included in a membership or programme, access is granted for the stated period and intended personal use.
Recordings may not be copied, distributed, published, sold, or otherwise shared without the Provider’s permission.
11. WhatsApp Groups and Communities
Some programmes may include optional access to a WhatsApp group or another community platform.
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of other members and refrain from sharing their personal information or contributions outside the group without permission.
The Provider cannot guarantee the actions of other group members.
Where a participant seriously violates community guidelines, compromises the safety of other members, or engages in inappropriate behaviour, the Provider may restrict or remove access to the community.
Such action does not affect any mandatory contractual or consumer rights.
12. Intellectual Property
Original materials provided by the Provider, including texts, workbooks, videos, exercises, presentations, graphics, and other educational content, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a service grants the customer a limited right to use the provided materials for personal purposes or, where expressly agreed, internal organisational purposes.
Materials may not be reproduced, commercially distributed, sold, published, or used to provide competing educational or commercial services without the Provider’s prior permission, except where permitted by law.
Participation in a programme does not transfer intellectual property ownership to the customer.
13. Cancellation or Modification by the Provider
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to deliver all services as described and scheduled.
If delivery becomes impossible or impracticable due to illness, insufficient participant numbers, technical difficulties, force majeure, or other justified circumstances, the Provider may reschedule or appropriately adjust the programme.
Customers will be informed of material changes.
If a paid service is cancelled by the Provider and no suitable alternative is provided, the customer will receive a refund for the undelivered portion of the service.
Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
14. Complaints
Customers may submit complaints or concerns by email to:
The Provider will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly and resolve disputes amicably.
15. Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution
In accordance with the Slovenian Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Zakon o izvensodnem reševanju potrošniških sporov — ZIsRPS), the Provider informs consumers that:
The Provider does not recognise any alternative consumer dispute resolution entity as competent to resolve consumer disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions.
If this position changes, the relevant information will be updated accordingly.
Consumers retain their rights to seek remedies through competent authorities and courts.
16. Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Privacy & Cookie Policy published on the website.
17. Services for Organisations and Business Clients
For services provided to companies, organisations, and other business clients, specific arrangements regarding delivery, payment, cancellation, confidentiality, responsibilities, and other matters may be established through an individual written offer or agreement.
Where an individually agreed written contract conflicts with these general Terms & Conditions, the individual agreement takes precedence to the extent permitted by law.
18. Governing Law and Final Provisions
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
For consumer contracts, this choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections that apply under relevant legislation.
The Provider and customer will endeavour to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing other available remedies.
The Provider may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
The version applicable to a particular purchase or contractual relationship is generally the version presented at the time the contract was concluded, unless changes are required by law or otherwise validly agreed upon.
