Teams explore different ways of showing up, communicating, relating, and working together. The framework offers the accessibility of personality types, without putting people into fixed boxes. Rather than defining who someone is, it helps participants notice their preferences, better understand differences between colleagues, and recognise the strengths and challenges those differences bring to the team.
Through movement, interaction, reflection, and practical team exercises, participants experience these different ways of showing up directly and explore how each one can support — or sometimes complicate — the way a team works.
The experience is light, engaging, and accessible, while offering practical insight into team dynamics, communication patterns, individual differences, strengths, blind spots, and collaboration.
Teams leave with:
a simple shared language for understanding different working and communication styles
a clearer understanding of individual and collective differences, strengths, preferences, and blind spots — and how to use them more effectively as a team
more flexible and effective communication, helping reduce unnecessary friction and misunderstandings
stronger collaboration and smoother coordination across different working styles
clearer alignment, making it easier to move decisions and work forward
practical insights that can support greater efficiency, productivity, and follow-through
Playful enough to feel like team building.
Practical enough to change how the team works.

The workshop requires an open, private space that allows participants to move freely and work in different configurations.
For a group of around 15 participants, approximately 100 m² is recommended. The room should be largely open, without fixed tables or chairs, with a clear and non-slip floor area.
Ideally, the space also includes:
movable chairs available at the side of the room
a whiteboard, flipchart, or wall surface suitable for writing or attaching Post-it notes
a few tables positioned along the wall for materials
good ventilation and privacy from surrounding activities
access to a power socket; a projector or screen is optional
If your company has a suitable space, the workshop can take place there. If an external venue is needed, I can arrange it, with the additional cost covered by the company.
